Ares Comfort Systems is a licensed Washington State contractor (WA LIC # ARESCCS766CA) providing professional heating, cooling, and indoor air quality services in Lakewood, WA and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and may vary by location. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
Scheduling & Cancellation
Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled time window.
- Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible
- Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a service call fee
- Emergency services are available and may be subject to after-hours rates
Pricing & Payment
All pricing is provided upfront before work begins. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of assessment and may be adjusted if additional work is discovered.
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
- We accept major credit cards, checks, and approved payment plans
- Any changes to the scope of work will be communicated and approved before proceeding
Warranties & Guarantees
We stand behind our work with applicable warranties on labor and parts. Manufacturer warranties may apply to installed equipment and components. Warranty terms and duration vary by service type and will be provided at the time of service. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party modifications.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ares Comfort Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
